Roy Garcia II started at age 16 as an illustrator while finishing his high school studies. Continuing as an illustrator, he enrolled in the University of Buenos Aires where he began his study of Graphic Design. During those years Roy freelanced as an advertising illustrator and came into contact with the Latin American advertising community.
After graduation, he took a position as Art Director at Agulla & Baccetti, a firm where he would ultimately be Head of Art. Roy then moved to Fire DDB as the General Creative Director during the industry shift to branded content.
He founded his own studio, The Rock Instrument Bureau (RIB) in 2003 to establish his own comprehensive approach both strategically and visually for a wide range of clients in Latin America. Throughout the 10 years of RIB, the studio developed new brand personalities and brand experiences for banks, food, beverages, media, as well as financial, telecommunications and entertainment companies.
RGII was his next step. A smart and dynamic studio with the skills to stay ahead of the curve in an ever advancing market, RGII redefines how brands and entertainment can express a new voice that encompasses a continuously evolving, hyperconnected and demanding audience. Each project is an opportunity for partnership via fresh dialogue and exchange, working together to redefine brand boundaries.
Roy and his teams have been fortunate to be recognized over the years with the following awards among others: several Silver & Gold Cannes Lions for Print, a DDB Pinnacle (Best of the Network), an MTVLA Best New Artist Video as a Director, and a Grammy Award for Best Album Artwork.

An ever curious person, Violeta has explored the different facets of fashion and arts, ranging from academics to advertising.
Violeta studied Fine Arts at the National University of Rosario. At age 23, aiming to gather a comprehensive understanding of the complex environment of new markets, she took her first job in advertising as Accounts Assistant and, soon after, rose to Accounts Executive at CraveroLanis. There, she worked for brands in categories such as care, mobility, architecture, fashion, nutrition and sports.
Almost two years after, she assumed the Accounts Executive role at RGII where the diversity of clients and the design oriented approach meshes perfectly with her thirst for knowledge and her visual inquisitiveness. Violeta understands communication in all its forms, particularly the interpersonal.
Her personal interests run from politics to reading, tailoring to jewelry plus a love for pop culture.
A fan of everything vintage, she is always looking to discover architectural and design treasures in Buenos Aires.
